Our team has over 20+ years of combined wedding and event experience – we’ve been down the isle a few times – so we know exactly what to look for and how to get a package deal together. With our Truly Inclusive Wedding Packages you’ll find the best bundle pricing on the most important parts of a wedding including: venue, photography, linens, chairs, plates, dishes, DJ, and so much more! Use of Private Event Space
Private wedding venue with only one wedding per day. Wedding Package includes use of the venue for up to 5 hours of event time. Complimentary ceremony if having ceremony on site in the garden (up to 1 hour allotted for invite through ceremony in advance of 5 hour reception for a total of 6 hours of event time..)
Use of Furnished Bridal Room & Groom’s Room

Beautifully furnished Bridal Suite complete with private restroom. The Bride & her party are welcome to enjoy this pampering space for up to 3 hours pre-ceremony time. Furnished Groom’s Room open to the groom and his party as well as the garden and patio for pre-wedding photos!

Guest Tables

Round guest tables are included in your wedding package and will seat 8-10 guests per table.

Ceremony & Reception Chairs

Custom Wooden Chairs included for Reception. *Up to 150 chairs for onsite Ceremony & Reception included. Additional chairs will be rented at an affordable per person cost for higher guest counts. 

Table Linen

Ivory Floor Length Polyester Linen included for Round Guest Tables.

Plate Chargers

Gold or Silver Plate Chargers to enhance your Guest Table Settings.

Guest Table Decor & Design

Choose from an assortment of in house table top decor for your Guest Tables. Choose from trendy geometric decor, lanterns, tall glass vases, terrariums, rustic chic boxes, tree trunk slabs, gold or silver compotes. Clear glass votives are provided for your tealight candles, table numbers and table number stands are also included at no extra cost.

Furniture, Props & Lighting

String Market Lighting included over the garden! Custom Draping over the Dance Floor along with Crystal Chandeliers in the ballroom. Enjoy a variety of sofas, patio furniture, Belly Bar Tables, Metal Easels, Gold Framed Mirrors for signage, Vintage Desks or tables for sign in, dessert, gift tables, Escort Seating Options, Reserved Signs, Mr. & Mrs. Signs, a variety of fun pieces that you didn’t know you needed are all here and available to you at no additional cost.

Full Service Wedding Coordination

Attentive & proactive wedding coordinating service welcoming you to email us every day if you wish! Phone chats can be requested via email as well. We’ll schedule a coordination meeting to take place 4-6 months from the wedding date and another coordination meeting to finalize all details roughly a month out from your big day! 1-3 days prior to the wedding date we’ll check in your personal decorations and walk you through a complimentary run through of your ceremony processional and recessional. On the wedding day, we’ll set up your event, manage the event and pack up your personal decorations at the end of the night for you to take home with you!

Full Service Catering
  • 3 Hors D’oeuvres (1 Stationed & 2 Tray Passed) throughout Cocktail Hour
  • Buffet Dinner service with a plated Salad Course with homemade bread & butter
  • 2 Main Dishes & 2 Side Dishes
  • Filtered Water, Lemonade & Iced Tea Stationed, Table Water Service
  • Cake Cutting & Service, Champagne Toast Pour

BYO Dessert

Bring your own cake and dessert of choice and we will help you set it up! Enjoy the complimentary use of our various cake stands, silver dessert trays, tired stands & donut spools for your sweet treats! Cake plates and forks included at no additional charge.

BYO Bar Package

Bar Stations included at no additional cost. (One for cocktail hour, one for party bar.) 2 Glass minimum purchase of Wine through Speckle Rock Vineyard, BYO Liquor & Mixers, Beer, Beverages & Desired Bar Items and we will staff professional bartenders to bring your wedding bar vision to life! 

Wedding Photography

Up to 6 hours of included wedding day photo coverage with a professional wedding photographer. Your wedding day photos will be custom-edited with expertise and care and you will receive full usage rights to print. Photography upgrades are available in the form of extra hours, engagement shoot & custom printing. Pre-Wedding Photography Consultation included at no additional fee. 

Wedding DJ

Professional Wedding DJ service included for up to 1 hour of Ceremony & up to 5 hours of Reception. Your included Wedding DJ will MC your wedding day & provide professional equipment for both ceremony & reception. Pre-Wedding DJ Consultation included at no additional fee.
